£895 per month.If you’ve hired, or had proposals from, a PR consultancy and found all the add-on costs like mileage, meetings, p&p, cuttings and photographic prints a real turn-off, then our fixed-price trade PR offer is for you. Rather than charge you a monthly PR fee, then invoicing all the routine operating expenses separately, we’ve bundled everything into a single, highly competitive charge of £895 plus VAT. That’s less even than many fee-only rates, but includes all those ancillaries that usually rack up monthly PR expenditure. It gives you and your finance department an exact monthly PR budget, for forward planning and calculating return on investment.

How do we do it? Well we take advantage of modern web technology, by distributing stories and pictures online and by using the digital images that you, your staff and customers supply to provide picture content. We average out routine press cuttings charges and build them into our monthly price, so if you generate above-average press coverage you win out. We also use the fact that we deal with dozens of journalists and editorial staff each week, to streamline our back-up services. Of course, we don’t factor in publisher-applied separations charges, but as they mean guaranteed PR coverage, they’re easy to budget on a case-by-case basis.
